Pôle emploi has three essential tasks: assisting jobseekers to return to work, compensating them through the Allocation d'Aide au Retour à l'Emploi (ARE) or the Allocation de Solidarité Spécifique (ASS), and many others (RFF, RFPE, ACRE, NACRE). And putting companies in touch with job-seeker candidates. In terms of internal organization, these three missions correspond to three distinct departments, working in synergy.
