Personal data protection policy

Data relevance

Our purposes are specific, legitimate and explicit:
They are compatible with our missions. Data collected for a specific purpose is not used for any other purpose. Our purposes are in line with Cnil (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) compliance standards.
By way of example, the data collected on the candidate when registering on the flatchr.io website is the data required for the recruitment process to run smoothly. The aim is:
"To enable each candidate to find/be directed towards the offers most likely to correspond to their expectations, their profile; to apply for these offers; to be contacted by recruiters looking to fill jobs; and ultimately to find a job."

The purpose of processing

The defined purpose determines the relevance of the data we collect. Only data that is adequate and strictly necessary to achieve the purpose will be collected and processed.
We therefore only collect data that enables :

  • the candidate to enhance his/her application
  • candidates to express their preferences
  • the candidate to describe his/her career path
  • the recruiter to evaluate the candidate
  • the recruiter to find candidates corresponding to his recruitment criteria
  • avoid identity theft

Limited data retention

The purpose also makes it possible to set the data retention period in compliance with Cnil requirements.
Application data is made available to recruiters from the date of application, for a period defined by the company to which you are applying. The profiles of candidates who wish to appear in the CV library are presented to recruiters for the period defined by the company on its application form.
